Tour Inclusions: 4 Night cruise accommodations, most on board meals & entertainment, government taxes and port charges.
Gratuities: Gratuities must be prepaid; rate is $13.50 p.p. per day total of $54.00 p.p. subject to change.
Airfare: Airfare pricing and availability is not available until 330 days prior to travel; rates will be quoted once available.Transfers: Currently roundtrip transfers airport/ship & ship/airport are $70 (Ft Lauderdale Airport); $35 roundtrip (Miami Airport); and are subject to change.
Payment Requirements: Deposit of $100.00/person is required by August 1, 2016. Final payment is due March 31, 2017. ALL cabins that are not paid for according to schedule, may be recalled by the cruise line.
Full Deposit ($100p.p.): Once full deposit received, Passenger Information Form (PIF) with receipt will be mailed to each client. PIF will contain cabin assignment and booking number so they may go online for pre-cruise information.

Final Payment Reminders: All passengers will receive notice by mail. Documents: Documents for each passenger will be delivered three weeks prior to travel.
Cancellation Policy: If canceled April 18-May 20, 2017- $100.00 penalty per person; May 21-June 3, 2017 – 50% penalty; June 4 – 17, 2017- 75% penalty; June 18, 2017 or after 100% penalty.
Travel Insurance: AAA Travel strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Accident and Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect your investment. Allianz brochures will be included with mailed Agreement.
